That’s why we offer a variety of services to help our customers minimise the problems caused by faults and break-downs.

Repair

services

We have a full range of catering equipment repair services.

Reactive Cover is available for all servicing and repair on catering, refrigeration and ware wash equipment at an hourly rate. A call out out charge is only applied for weekend and out of hour calls.

We also have a 24hr emergency call line


Our experienced engineers are all fully trained, gas safe registered and hold up to date gas and catering equipment qualifications.

Equipment

Sales

We can supply you with all types of catering equipment to suit your requirement and budget. 

 

Our team can visit your premises and carry out a site survey to ensure everything will fit for you.

 

We will also install any equipment not supplied by ourselves.

preventative maintenance contracts

We offer preventative maintenance contracts tailored to your organisation to ensure optimum preformance and safety of your commercial catering equipment.

Our annual contracts include an scheduled annual gas certification and compliance check.

 

Starting a maintenance contract with us allows you to take advantage of the benefits and discounts that our maintenance customers receive. All our maintenance customers are added to our priority breakdown list, this ensures that your request for a service engineer is always answered. 

 

Every effort shall be made to have your equipment working and operating correctly at all times.

Our cover is 365 days a year and a 24 hour call line is available.

A properly organised maintenance visit will ensure that your catering equipment is operating in accordance with the manufacturers original specifications.

 

By carrying out regular preventative maintenance for your key equipment we can reduce the risk of breakdown, increase efficiency and ensure safe operation preventing un- scheduled breakdowns and on many occasions pre warn you of imminent failure. Our contracts are structured around the employers PUWER regulations and also Gas Safety Installation and use regulations fulfilling your health and safety obligations.
